A lot of thought has gone into the design of The Sanctuary. Every detail — from the wide-plank white oak flooring to the boutique hotel lobby with its fireplace overlooking the river valley — was chosen to create a home that people don't want to leave. We designed this building for residents who value quality, appreciate thoughtful design, and are looking for a place they can settle into for the long term.

Our two-bedroom residences range from 859 to 943 square feet with multiple exposures, 9-foot ceilings, and generous windows that bring in the ravine views and natural light. Units come finished with upgraded stainless steel Samsung appliances, in-suite laundry, air conditioning, in-floor heating, and high-end window coverings including blackout blinds in every bedroom. We've spared no detail.

When you walk through the front doors, you're greeted by a sitting lounge with a fireplace that overlooks the river valley and our outdoor amenity area — fire tables, barbecues, sitting areas, landscaping, and a pergola. The building also features a well-equipped gym, a pet spa for dogs under 35 lbs, a secure parcel room with automated delivery access, and a heated underground parkade. Security is handled through cameras, digital intercoms, and a smart access system that lets residents enter the building and their suite by phone, fob, pin code, or key.
